Savory Crepes at Gabinos Creperie in Palm Springs
Nothing makes desert locals happier than seeing new small businesses pop up and I’m here to share the latest and greatest because you don’t want to miss out on this! Typically, when you think about crepes you think of the sweet nutella or strawberry filled breakfast crepes but you’ll absolutely love this new savory, street-food style crepe, that Gabinos Creperie has created in the cutest hole in the wall location.
Whether you’re looking for a quick snack or something filling you won’t be disappointed with Gabinos Creperie if you’re looking for a where to eat in Palm Springs. After first trying these crepes I’ve already revisited at least there different times because they’re that good.
These savory crepes are hand wrapped and you can choose between their original cheese blend crepe recipe or the jalapeno (my personal fave) as the outer shell. For the yummy inside they have amazing combinations like chicken caesar, turkey cheddar, buffalo chicken, chicken pesto, or BBQ chicken (also my personal fave). Add on a sweet drink like their signature Yerba Mate teas and be sure to try the passion fruit.
Not only is this my favorite place to eat in Palm Springs because of the bomb crepes but let’s talk about the aesthetic. This is truly the only “hole in the wall” type of grab-and-go spot that is just so adorable. From the hand lettered graphics to the pink painted walls and graphic quotes, I’m in love with this place.
It’s fun to watch them hand make your crepe fresh and ready to eat in just minutes!
Now that summer is here and you’re probably wondering where to eat in Palm Springs, don’t be shy and head over to Gabinos Creperie. Grab your crepe to go and hand by the pool with a yummy lunch in hand!
